Lifestyle | Winter Wears

Hi Friends! I hope you’re staying snuggly in and warm in this cozy part of the year. I hope your homes feel full of joy and that the silver lining is presently offering some kindness as we conclude a globally most weird year.

As we’ve shifted some of the ways we dress and some of the ways we spend, I wanted to post about a few favorite staples lately. Always feel free to ask questions about fit, feel, and likes. I love to ease any process for you that I can.

I’m a sucker for the Boucle Trend right now. Put it on chairs, my body, a pillow! I’m here for it. This 1/2 zip pull-over gets worn several times a week and is often the thing I shape the rest of my outfit around. I’ve worn it with my go-to lululemon pants, Levi’s 501’s, shorts, and I may wear it over a jumper today. It’s a really good neutral that doesn’t wash out my winter white skin and is really soft… totally fine on bare skin or layered over a long sleeve and also fits under my coats…. you know, doesn’t make the arm too tight.

These sandals! I’ve not had as much opportunity to wear but any chance I have, my feet are sliding right in. The fuzz on the top feels like a V special treat… Cozy feels for the more crisp weather but a sandal so that my toes aren’t too warm. I’ve worn them with shorts and a sweater on a warmer CO day (Amos was running through the sprinklers this day). And a 2 piece set for a baby shower in Phoenix. I can’t wait for my next visit to Phx or for summer in CO so I can live in them.

This sweater is another one I’m reaching for often. She’s currently waiting for a bath but I’ve missed her so while she’s been in the bin. She’s for a more chilly day and a layer underneath. She’s soft but if I’m not really cold she can feel like I like a layer underneath her. This layer is actually perfect.. I bought a size larger than usual and I like it. Feels right with some white/cream pants or tucked into some denim. She’s a whole winter vibe.

And if you’re looking for a fashionable puffer coat that’s not too long and isn’t a bomber, here it is. The hood is removable, the fabric is soft, she’s warm for chores and translates into town. I really like her look and her muted sage green is goood. Also the cream is really good.
