Life with a Babe | Travel Stroller

Life with a Babe | Travel Stroller

We really appreciated the ease of this stroller while traveling. It didn’t compromise Amos’ comfort which is #1 on Justin’s list while we travel- well always. It was still really easy to push over the cobble stone and light enough that it wasn’t the hassle to go up and down curbs one million times. I love that it compresses into a small enough size that we could use the functionality of the shoulder strap up and down stairs and the backpack case for the stroller came in clutch several times to hold random items between destinations while the stroller was actually in use.

It wasn’t freezing cold where we were in Italy but it was very chilly especially when walking for hours during off and on rain showers. I attached the bunting that Colugo makes before we left Colorado (still fits in the backpack with bunting on) and we didn’t take it off for the entire trip. I let his boots sit at the bottom of the bunting pouch while he was inside and if it was warmer out I’d untuck his feet and tuck the bunting under his bum.

Overall we vote our Colugo a 9 out of ten.
The only things we are taking a point off for is that while it is collapsable with one hand which is amazing, sometimes I feel like the button gets finicky and when I’m rushed I noticed it a few times.
The head piece of the bunting doesn’t stick super well to the velcro spot that exists on the actual chair so it wiggles loose. These are not big deals just something to note in an honest review.

I feel like if you travel a lot or you’re planning on having no more than one child or you need one to store a stroller at a destination home, this is your stroller. Very easy to use, very functional and super cute.

It weighs 15lbs but it’s just about an inch too big all around to bring on the plane and stuff in an overhead bin. However, with the extra inch we were able to have space below his seat for storage of his baby bag (also killer and by Colugo) for 8 hour walks as well as his rain cover while not it wasn’t in use and he could recline while taking a nap. For me, it was 100% worth having to gate check.
