An oil a Day | How we use Essential Oils

Christmas is gone but winter is here which means, I’m still about that peppermint. I’ve been putting a droplet or two of peppermint oil in my Nespresso coffee as a special treat lately and I’m really into it. If you haven’t tried it you should. It’s good for gut-support, can offer a calming affect and obviously freshens up that coffee breath, ha!

A few tips:

The white labeled bottles from Young Living (YL) means they’ve been proofed by the FDA for consumption.
Peppermint in a roller and rubbed on your temples can help relieve headaches.
If you’ve used up your peppermint bottle, bury it in epsom salts and take a detox bath. Ahhh-refreshed.
