We’d love to invite you to join us for a warm meal prepared by Chef Dylan Montanio, bottomless wine and fabulous conversations with likeminded individuals. We’ll soak up those sweet Fall feels in the charming living room of the Hearth House based out of Monument, Colorado. We encourage you take arrive with an empty stomach and an Uber to return you to your homes.

To start again: Locally sourced Smoked Pumpkin Bisque with Wild Mushroom + Shallot and Tarragon Mignonette

Followed by: Hamachi Crudo with grilled Padrón Peppers, Citrus, Microgreens and an Avocado Créme

The Main: Gold Canyon Short Braised Ribs with a Wild Mushroom Hunter sauce paired with Butternut Squash + Spanish Chorizo Hash as well as a Fall Greens and Pralines, Butternut Squash, Goat Cheese and Cured Lemon Salad.
